ABSTRACT:Telecom industry restructuring, the full-service competition of three operators, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile, as fierce battle of the potential has been revealed. Each operator in the marketing system has devised ingenious schemes in different strokes, focus on key nodes of competition is reflected in the construction and operation of the channel, they strive to make the channel so broad, so deep, so fine.In this opportunity, for China Mobile, is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, how to improve the channel capacity of the operation and management, how to achieve the channel target of maximum efficiency, it is particularly important. View of the wide variety of full-service, coupled with the diversity of channels, as well as the different consumer customer base of different geographical and cultural differences breeding, construction and operation of the channel has been brought heavy pressure and difficulty.In this paper, with the relevant construction information and the latest development trend of domestic and international channels, for the channel research of G mobile companies in the current situation, based on the "Product-Customers-Channel" CPC model to do a comprehensive adaptation of the channel, using the results of adaptation to achieve the business focus and collaboration in the channel, and to determine channel development strategy, more fully to develop each channel programs to enhance operational management.During this process, the author has performed a useful theoretical and practical ways to explore China Mobile operational management of marketing channels, hoping to give marketing management personnel of operators to provide some help and reference for the management of channel operations.
