Due to the differences of the cultural conflicts ? strategic directions and management standards between different enterprises,there are a series of problems in the process of acquisitions.Firstly,organizational learning can be used to solve the problems in the process of continuous acquisitions.Meanwhile,it can also be benefit to the improvement of financial performance and comprehensive strength.Based on the review and summary of the relevant theories and researches of the effect of continuous acquisition and organizational learning,this paper does the case study of CIMC.From the angle of combining with organizational learning and continuous acquisition,this paper analyzes the motives of acquisitions,combs the matching of continuous acquisition and organizational learning process,describes the case from different dimensions,shows the specific continuous acquisitions in its main fields and the whole enterprise in the perspective of organization learning.This paper combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the effect of mergers and acquisitions from the bussiness synergy,management synergy and financial synergy.The author analyzes the mechanism of continuous acquisition-acquiring knowledge,integrating knowledge and applying knowledge,and how this process enhances the competence of the enterprise.Finally,this research inspects the realization of the continuous acquisitions synergy under the perspective of organizational learning.The research indicates that organizational learning has a big influence on the effect of enterprise' acquisitions.In particular,CIMC has realized the merger synergies through continuous acquisition.At the same time,it also has a comprehensive promotion of the core competitiveness and the financial performance.Finally,this paper summarizes the experience of this case in the field of continuous acquisition.This paper puts forward related suggestions for enterprises who has the organizational learning background in the process of continuous acquisition about how to promote business,managemental,and financial capacity.It provides a reference for the similar enterprises' behaviors in the future.
