In recent years,there has been an increase in the number of mergers and acquisitions in the beer industry in China,but in fact,there are still very few beer enterprises that actually complete the merger.The typical segment of the industry with the development of beer technology and innovation,beer companies are in the phase of rapid development,China's beer market started relatively late,but with the development of many years,has been mature,if still insist on the operation mode of the old,our country's beer enterprises will be eliminated by the market.In mergers and acquisitions,synergistic effect is the key factor,therefore,conduct the thorough research to the synergistic effect of beer enterprise m&a case analysis,can study on m&a synergy effect theory in China to provide guidance and help.This thesis mainly with H company acquisition of G company as an example,on merger synergies related literature first elaborates the concept and related theories,then using event study method and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method combined with the case,a preliminary judge whether the m&a synergy is achieved,and then stood in the following three perspectives respectively carry out specific analysis on the implementation process of synergistic effect: the management synergy,management synergy,financial synergy effect,in the process of concrete analysis by means of mutual combination of quantitative and qualitative research,through the analysis of H company has various resources,understand the H company has acquired business synergies and management synergy.At the end of the article,according to the problems presented in the above analysis,some feasible Suggestions are provided for the development of beer company.This paper argues that H company mergers and acquisitions G success,and generate the merger synergies,H company,combined with their own advantages,G company H company not only successful investment benefit,also improve its own industry status and influence,through the concrete analysis of this acquisition for beer enterprises on the analysis of merger synergies to provide some help and reference.
