In recent years,the high-end brand hotels has been more widely recruiting related majors in the colleges and universities hotel management as a hotel interns,it is favorable for hotel school and college students: hotel to a certain extent,can alleviate the shortage of human resources;The university can use the real work place of the hotel to complete the practical teaching better;Students obtain the work experience and professional skills required for future work through the professional training and internship in the hotel.HT is an international high-end brand hotel in chengdu,the undergraduate interns have occupied the hotel about half the grass-roots employees,later will also be a long-term stay this way the situation of HT hotel should not only training the interns,make their vocational ability to fulfill the requirements of international high-end brand hotels,but also shoulder the mission of cultivating talents of hotel management at the grass-roots level.Is to stand in the Angle of the HT hotel in chengdu,this paper studies in November 2017,into the practice of sichuan at 30 hotel management professional undergraduate interns vocational ability training,undergraduate interns vocational ability training is a special kind of grass-roots staff professional ability training.In this article,through questionnaire investigation and interview method,analysis of the training effect and HT hotel on the problems existing in the training of undergraduate interns,application of the theory of needs hierarchy theory training system model design is suitable for the vocational ability training of undergraduate interns program through a lot of research,this article design of HT hotel professional ability of undergraduate interns training program can not only meet the needs of the HT hotel,and also has reference value for other high-end hotels.
