| The framework for sustainable livelihood capital analysis shows us a framework for understanding poverty and also points out the opportunities and ways to eliminate poverty and improve the sustainability of livelihoods. After the Nineteenth National Congress, the major contradictions in our society have also changed, mainly manifested in the contradiction between imbalances and inadequate development. Therefore, under the background of precision poverty alleviation,it is of great practical significance and social value to research and analyze the equilibrium in the process of poverty alleviation in poor towns and villages through sustainable livelihood frameworks.Based on the survey data of 11 impoverished townships(towns)and 176 administrative villages accurately identified by the Bureau of Agricultural Survey in 2017,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for sustainable livelihood capital in poverty-stricken regions through the entropy weighting method,Combined with spatial autocorrelation analysis of GIS,this study explores the spatial general characteristics and spatial differences of sustainable livelihood capital in poverty-stricken rural areas in the process of precision poverty alleviation, regional differences in the poverty incidence rate in the poverty-stricken areas, and conducts empirical studies on the balance of the poverty alleviation process in poverty-stricken townships. The study finds that the poverty scores have a low total score of livelihood capital, especially the low social capital and human capital. It has become an important shortcoming that restricts poverty alleviation in poor areas.Regional differences in natural capital and financial capital may be the main reasons for livelihood inequality in poor regions. There are obvious differences in the spatial distribution of natural capital. The spatially differentiated characteristics of regional adjacency with high and high, low and low natural capital scores are presented.Physical capital, financial capital, and human capital have the possibility of "central-periphery" polarization in space.Social capital presents statistically insignificant weak spatial negative correlation. The rural poverty in the study area shows the characteristics of agglomeration. The incidence of poverty in the southwest of the region is significantly higher than that in the north, south, and east, and there is a clear positive correlation between the incidence of poverty in the spatial regions. The government’s poverty alleviation measures should be tailored to local conditions, and it should be based on precise types of livelihoods in different regions to improve the diversity of livelihood strategies in poverty-stricken areas and strengthen industrial poverty alleviation and enrich the support model to resist poverty. |
