As the development of China's economy has entered the new normal,the development of enterprises is facing new requirements.Reduce excessive capacity,go to capacity,deleverage,reduce costs,make up short boards etc.have become the main tasks of China's economic development.Although the real estate industry has developed rapidly in recent years,industry concentration has increased year by year,the scale and brand effect have become prominent.However,with the new situation of “domestic housing is not fried”,the competition among enterprises in the industry has become increasingly intensified,and management has become more difficult.at the same time,the real estate industry is heavily influenced by state regulation,financial policies,etc.Therefore,In order to continuously realize the company's business objectives and improve performance levels,how to establish an effective organization performance appraisal system in an unpredictable external environment is a problem that many real estate companies face.Organizational performance appraisal is the core of enterprise's human resource management.A scientific and reasonable organization performance appraisal system can effectively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's management,and provide guarantees for companies to effectively achieve their strategic goals.However,in the real estate company's organizational performance appraisal practice,the status of the project company's organizational performance assessment is not optimistic.The group company still has many problems in the performance appraisal of the project company.Therefore,How the group company effectively evaluates the performance of the project company and gives full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the project company management has become an important issue.In view of this,this article has a certain theoretical value and practical significance for the research on the organizational performance appraisal of the YW Group project company which is in a rapid development period.This paper will adopt the concept of performance management to identify the major problems in the organizational performance evaluation of YW Group's project companies.Using balanced scorecards,key performance indicators and other methods,combining the company's development strategy and business objectives,we will design a new system that is more suitable for YW company's organizational performance assessment,In order to effectively operate our organization's performance,we will make recommendations before,during,and after implementation of the new performance system.The research of this article can help YW Group senior leaders to better understand the current status and existing problems of the current organization performance appraisal system,and help companies analyze how they can better promote team motivation and inspire greater organizational dynamism,Finally,the project company's organizational performance truly serves the realization of business goals.The paper can be generalized for the optimization and implementation of the performance appraisal system of other real estate companies of the same type.
