With the advances of science and technology,teachers and students are not satisfied with the traditional teaching tools such as the blackboard,chalk,eraser,also set up schools around the multimedia classroom craze,trying to use the projector,screen and other multimedia tools to make the classroom become more rich and colorful.In this case,interactive whiteboard,with its unique functions and advantages and the advantages of classroom teaching,quickly entered classroom teaching,and won the approval of teachers and students.At the same time,with the increasing investment of the state and the expansion of the business market,the competition of the electronic whiteboard market has become increasingly fierce.After the exposition of the marketing theory and the mechanism of action,through questionnaires and interviews,combined with their own practical experience in the electronic whiteboard marketing,summarizes the basic problems of P company to carry out marketing and the basic situation of production and marketing,and the macro environment analysis.Then,through the SWOT method,it analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of P company,and then puts forward some suggestions,hoping to provide reference for P company's marketing.
