Research On The Quality Management Of Taxation Data In Inner Mongolia Under The Background Of Big Data

This article begins with introducing the background and practical significance of the management of tax data quality management,and expounds the concept and the importance of the current tax data quality management.Tax data quality management is the basic work for changing tax collection and management methods,realizing tax risk management and modernizing tax collection and management.The modernization of tax collection and administration is an important part of the modernization of government governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,for the tax authorities in Inner Mongolia,through the tax data quality management work,full use of the current massive tax data mastered,fundamentally manage the tax data,improve the comprehensiveness,accuracy,and accuracy of tax data is the key to advance taxation governance modernization of systems and governance capabilities.Strengthening tax data quality management also provides accurate data support for government public management decision-making.The quality management of tax data in Inner Mongolia took some measures and established a set of tax data quality management system.This article through the analysis of Inner Mongolia’s national tax revenue data quality management system,the comparative analysis of the annual tax data accuracy rate and taxation data correction rate,we can draw conclusions: Through the work of tax data quality management,the data accuracy and correction rate of Inner Mongolia’s national tax have been greatly improved,and the quality management of tax data has achieved good results.However,through the analysis of practical work,we have also found many problems that need urgent improvement.Such as: the emergence of new problems in tax data quality management,the lack of dynamic follow-up of data management,the existing data platform in tax data quality management problems,and the lack of feedback tools in tax data management;The ability of some people in tax data quality management work can not meet the work needs and so on.In response to the above problems,the authors of this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions that they should take measures from the following aspects: First of all,Improve the concept of quality management of tax data;Secondly change ideologically backward perceptions;third,establishing scientific tax data quality management concepts;fourth,Constantly improve the construction of tax data quality management system;fifth,optimizing the tax data quality management team.Only by improving the level of tax data quality management in many aspects can we achieve the modernization of the taxation governance system and governance capacity in Inner Mongolia,and then provide strong data support for the government’s public management.
