With the development of economic globalization and the rapid development of Internet technology,electronic banking,as the most important innovation in the 20 th century,can promote the development of other banking services,and gradually play a more and more important role in banks.In turn,it has become a hot competition among banks of all countries.The electronic banking business of each bank represents the brand image of the bank itself and the comprehensive strength of the competition.In recent years,the electronic banking business of each bank in our country has developed rapidly,and the overall development mode and the basic market pattern have been initially formed.In China,the operation and management mode of various banks on this business has become an embryonic form,and the speed of development is constantly accelerating.Functions are increasingly not tied to traditional business,the number of customers surge,internal management is also constantly standardized.At present,in the face of increasingly fierce competition environment,electronic banking business has become an important module for banks in our country to develop other business,so how to obtain competitive advantage has become a problem worth studying.This paper takes the electronic banking business of Inner Mongolia Branch of Bank of China as the research object,and adopts the exposition mode of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,by using comparative analysis method and the electronic banking business of the same region bank,we find that the problems of Inner Mongolia Branch of Bank of China in electronic banking business are not enough marketing depth and poor system stability.Customer expansion ability is low,customer experience and satisfaction are poor.The reason is that the marketing method is backward,the service method is traditional,the network security technology is poor and the popularization rate of security knowledge is low.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the branch,draw lessons from foreign countries.This paper puts forward the solutions to the advantages of the development of electronic banking,including five aspects: marketing strategy,security strategy,innovative strategy,improving performance appraisal and integrating the channel of electronic banking business.Through this paper,I hope to explore a sound and safe way for thedevelopment of electronic banking business of Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch,and also help to build its own bank brand for Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch financial business.
