Research On Financial Risk Management System For Small And Medium Enterprises

Since China's accession to the WTO,as an important part of the microstructure of market economy,small and medium-sized enterprises plays an important role in promoting economic growth,stimulating market competition,solving the problem of employment and technological innovation.However,due to the limitations of size,narrow financing channels,single industrial structure and imperfect financial system,facing industry policy fluctuations is not ideal.At the same time,under the influence of Supply-side structural reform,Management of financial risk of small a medium-sized enterprise is mentioned a new height.Optimizing the financial management process and strengthen the internal control system is a new problem that small and medium-sized enterprises need to solve urgently.In this paper,by an example of the small and medium-sized enterprises as the object,through the analysis of Y company financial risk formation,in view of the problems existing in financial management of enterprise put forward the corresponding solution measures,for the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises.
