To Establish An Effective Risk Control On Small And Medium Enterprises

At present our country is in the key period of a reform, small and medium-sized enterprises are the mainstay of our national economy, and they are an important force to promote social progress and prosperity of in China, strengthening the reform and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthen the research on the small and medium-sized enterprises have become China’s important research topic. Risk management is an important part of modern enterprise management, risk is inevitable in the process of operation and development of enterprises to meet. It is an important issue for the survival and development of enterprises in relation to identify risks well, management and control of risk and obtain accompanied by risks. Research on risk management in the west is relatively mature, the theoretical research has already entered a period of comprehensive risk management, COSO has also promulgated the "enterprise risk management integrated framework". In contrast, the risk management in China started late, and the level is low. But with the deepening of the reform and development of our country economy, enterprise risk management research will get more and more attention, and the effect will be increasingly obvious. The small and medium-sized enterprise can design its own system by absorb the western’s advanced experience combined with China’s actual situation.This paper attempts to discuss is to establish effective risk management system in small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the study and research on the theory, and the concrete analysis on the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, study combined with theoretical research and empirical research, finally get the theoretical results. This paper consists of four parts, the first part, reviews and analyzes the mechanism of risk management theory, reviews the development process of the risk management and the latest research results; the second part, the specific circumstances of the risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises are expounded in this paper, find out the problems and causes of risk management in small and medium sized enterprises; third part, expounds the frontiers of knowledge of risk management theory, analysis and construction of small and medium-sized enterprises reasonable risk management framework from the aspects of theory; the fourth part, the empirical analysis, this paper chooses a production of heavy machinery company H company as a case, review and analysis the risk management measures of the company, and puts forward some suggestions and measures related. At the end of this paper, summarized the main ideas, suggestions and analyzes the limitation of this study.
