Reaserch On The Development Of Chinese Commercial Banks Under The Interest Rate Liberalization

Interest rate acting as an important role on the pricing and guiding of fund in financial market,the delegation to the pricing right of the interest rate not only be the important move of the financial liberalization but producing the optimization on resource allocation.At the early 20th century,a great majority countries in the world implement different interest rate management policy.During the process of the interest rate liberalization,deposit and loan spread reducing unceasingly in most countries and region.In 2013,with the acceleration of the interest rate liberalization,China's interest rate liberalization has entered a new developing stage.The processing of interest rate liberalization brings China commercial bank unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Under the condition of the interest rate liberalization,influenced by the deposit and loan spread narrow,financial disintermediation,and online financial products,China's commercial banks,especially those small and medium-sized ones with the feature like customer segmentation unclearly,simple asset structure,jejune management system,lack of products innovation,their living environment becoming worse.The fierce market competition made the commercial bank to conduct the strategic transformation,at the same times,put forward higher requirement to the government on drawing the policy.How to adjust the strategic and general idea to find the new development opportunity is the core problem discussed in this paper.The paper is divided into four main parts:Thefirst part includes the chapter 2.Introduced the concept and the theory foundation of the interest rate liberalization.The second part includes the chapter 3 and chapter 4.Chapter 3 analysis the reformation feature of China's interest rate liberalization,combined with both home and aboard related current research status,to find out the future trend of interest rate liberalization.Chapter 4 reviewed the developing history of China's commercial banks with divided them in different historical stage and features.The third part includes the chapter 5.Analysis under the condition of interest rate liberalization,and reference by the international advanced experience to find out the challenges and opportunities to China's commercial banks.The fourth part includes the chapter 6 which summarizes the core view point base on the previous chapters and put forward the policy suggestions.Put forward five ways to help them on development counterplan and path selection.
