Reform for Interest Rates Liberalization is a long, difficult process, for developing countries like our country, as weak economic foundation; impact resistance is poor, only by taking an incremental approach to gradually promote the interest rate. Implement Interest Rates Liberalization will bring opportunities for state-owned commercial banks; it would also bring many challenges. State-owned commercial banks should be combined with the national conditions of China’s economic development and learn from foreign experience, lessons learned, specific analysis of Interest Rates Liberalization which will bring China’s commercial banks a positive impact and what are the difficulties. Analysis of the Interest Rates Liberalization focus on China’s state-owned commercial banks, the opportunities and challenges presented coping strategies.
