Research On The Transformation And Development Of Local Financing Platform Based On The Background Of Supply-side Structural Reform

The existence and steady development of local financing platforms not only promote the prosperity and development of China’s market economy to a certain extent,but also enhance the speed and quality of regional economic development.Under the environment of rapid development of local financing platform,local financing platform faces different degrees of development and transformation.In the context of supply-side reform,China’s economy and society are trying to reform.The operational capabilities of local investment and financing platforms are affected by many other factors.The Chinese government should take beneficial measures to try to solve the transformation and development of local financing platform.Based on China’s current development environment and the relevant theories of local financing platform,this paper argues that with the continuous increase of private capital,the corporate governance of financing platform is also becoming more and more mature.The transformation and development of the local financing platform are necessary both in micro and macro aspects,which give the local financing platform many good opportunities of development.This article analyzes the case of Yangzhou Urban and Rural Construction State-owned Assets Holding(Group)Co.,Ltd.from the operating conditions and debt characteristics.Yangzhou Urban and Rural Construction State-owned Assets Holding(Group)Co.,Ltd.in the development and transformation there is no strict regulation of funds,financing pressure and a series of other issues.In the process of transformation,Yangzhou Urban and Rural Construction State-owned Assets Holding(Group)Co.,Ltd.actively improved the enterprise management system,carried out the equity system reform,expanded the business space and regulated the financing space in the current enterprise development.Through these researches,this paper argues that the local financing platform should innovate the financing model,enhance the supervision over the risk of the platform,improve the efficiency of capital utilization and make the internal governance system of the enterprise more consummate.Adopting a diversified management can approach enables long-term sustainable development of local financing platforms.
