Research On Financial Risk Prevention Of Commercial Banks

Since the 1990s,along with the global economic turmoil,the commercial banks in various countries have suffered heavy losses in varying degrees with the impact of the financial crisis,commercial banks' financial risk control and management are increasingly prominent.At the same time,along with the diversified development of our commercial banks and immature financial market,commercial banks' financial risk control and management has also become a critical problem on constraining of domestic commercial banks to further develop and cast off the impact of the global financial crisis.Now within the actual situation of the development of China's commercial banks,accompanying with the further deepened China's reform and opening-up,domestic commercial banks learned some advanced experience from foreign commercial banks to prevent risk and reached some gratifying achievement,but during its development process,there is a clear lack of necessary cognition and management about the commercial banks' financial risk effect.Therefore,in order to make the commercial banks of our country better development,firstly,this paper summarizes the basic theories about the financial risk and management of commercial banks on the basis of the previous research,the actual research and consulting a large amount of information.And then this paper takes China Merchants Bank(CMB)which firstly held by the social legal person in our country as an Example to makes an in-depth analysis on its financial situation,financial risk and the causes.Lastly this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the financial risk prevention system of CMB,providing some references on improving the financial risk prevention effect and anti-risk ability for other commercial banks,promoting the sustainable and stable development of banks.
