Research On The Innovation Of Commercial Bank Custody Products

In the late 1990 s,the "interim measures on management of securities investment funds" issued by the state council marked the beginning of China's commercial bank hosting service.With the gradual opening of the domestic capital market,the scope of managed service products is expanding,and the market development potential is huge.Hosting services have a low cost,stable income,no excessive bank capital,business chain effect and other advantages.Bank A,as an important part of the establishment and development process of the trust industry in China,is not only characterized by its own characteristics,but also has strong industry representativeness.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to promote the innovation of bank A's managed service products.Based on A bank hosting service product as the research object,combining the theory of financial innovation and financial product innovation in full,for A bank managed product innovation to research the following four parts: the first part,the analysis of present situation and put forward A bank hosting service product problems existing in the current hosting products;The second part analyzes the necessity,favorable conditions and restricting factors of the product innovation of bank A.In the third part,the relevant experience of international custodian product innovation is studied according to the problems and related constraints of bank A's trust products.In the fourth part,we get the direction and countermeasure of the innovation and development of bank A's managed service products.The conclusions of this paper give some Suggestions for the future development of the managed product innovation of bank A:Dominated by global custody bank business first,development of product innovation,the development of global custody bank cross-border products characteristic,configuration of global time zone sustainable hosting service products,using the global custody layout promotes innovation ability;Second,pay attention to the customer demand difference custom hosting value-added service products,according to the requirements of outsourcing for hosting product innovation,exploring the basic pension demand to fill the market vacancy,around the customer different demand management product innovation;Third,strengthen the core hosting system: global managed system,STP direct connection technology and FISP platform technology independent research and development and innovation investment;Fourthly,we should improve the personnel management mechanism by improving the comprehensive training of innovative talents,and refine the functional division of labor to foster innovative management talents,and pay more attention to the optimization of the employment mechanism of career planning.Fifth,strengthen the adjusting management pattern optimization innovation in strategy,three new teams to adapt to the development of global market,improve the whole efficiency of global custody business process,improve the whole efficiency of global custody business process.
