C Group is one of the largest banking and financial institutions in the world.It's headquartered is located in the United States.It is the first financial conglomerate in the United States that combines commercial banking,investment banking,insurance,mutual funds,securities trading and many other financial services businesses.Taking the crisis of the U.S.subordinated debt relief loan as an opportunity,the Group re-examined its own strategic objectives and adopted a series of positive corrective measures to counter various risks.First of all,focus on the core industries,finishing the edge of assets;the same time,the organizational changes,breaking and setting up the establishment of enterprise supply chain management(ESC),sorting out the lifeline within the group to strengthen the Group's risk control capabilities,so as to reduce operating costs and increase Corporate profitability of this strategic goal.Innovative integration of corporate supply chain management into the group.Business processes such as business procurement and employee reimbursement are modeled as independent projects.From ordering,approval,purchasing,payment and receipt to supplier management,the company uses the method of enterprise supply chain management to simplify and standardize its management.At the same time,new ideas and new technologies such as blockchain and intelligent robot are tried to be applied in the supply chain of an enterprise,and the supply chain of an enterprise can be evolved evolutively.Before and after the organizational reform data comparison analysis can clearly see that in the traditional business processes and management methods,the financial services industry operating costs accounted for about 70% of total revenue.However,after introducing the scientific management concept of enterprise supply chain,the operating expenses of enterprises will decrease by 15% ~ 20%,which will bring more solid and firm competitiveness to the enterprise.The thesis consists of four parts: Firstly,it introduces the background of organizational change of Group C;secondly,it describes the strategy of strategic management of supply chain in organizational change;analyzes again the problems often encountered in the supply chain management;finally,Suggestions and problem solving methods.This article is devoted to the research of the enterprise supply chain in the banking industry,which has a realisticreference meaning to the practice of the enterprise supply chain management in the large multinational financial service industry.
