Nanning City Distribution Vehicle Resources Integration Scheme Design

Along with our country economic level in recent years,domestic urban distribution industry development achievements significantly,but the domestic urban distribution industry started relatively late,small,scattered,the city distribution of industries of operational efficiency is low,service level can’t guarantee,the total cost is high,caused great waste of resources.In order to solve for a long time some problems which restrict the development of the urban distribution industry in China,the distribution of city resources for effective integration.Through an introduction to the research background of nanning distribution vehicle resources,from the literature research and analysis of actual development two aspects vehicle resource integration at home and abroad and the present research situation,development trend and application prospect;Research of the government,enterprises and small and medium-sized individual demand,the necessity and feasibility of resource integration of nanning city distribution vehicle is analyzed,according to the design principles,design goals,etc.,in global positioning technology,the earth information system,the application of mobile communication technology and related technology under the design of system function of the overall framework and build with the mode of "platform" as the guidance information platform,to achieve the effective allocation of resources.At the same time,the details of the plan in different stages of the implementation effect and arrangement,this paper introduces the economic and social benefits of the information platform,replacement of the profit model of platform.Combined with case study,in view of the problems appeared in the process of implementing the related measures are put forward.The construction of information platform of the third party,the effective integration of capacity of the city resources,the continuity between the owner and the owner,share resources of vehicle information and capacity,improve the utilization rate of vehicles,to eventually become valuable efficient transport organization,is of great significance to the promotion of logistics capacity resource efficiency,but also for nanning city distribution planning of strategic planning to provide a more practical.
