Research On The Efficiency Of Financial Support For New Urbanization In Guizhou Province And Its Influencing Factors

Under the background of national economic development,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of economic development theory and new urbanization.From the perspective of financial support,this financial support for the new urbanization direction and effect,on the basis of the population urbanization,industrial urbanization,space urbanization three aspects of path selection in Guizhou province new urbanization development and the internal mechanism were summarized,in order to find the characteristics and rules of development of new towns in Guizhou Province the Guizhou province to build for the financial support of the new urbanization efficiency evaluation index system,objectively reflect the Guizhou Province financial support deficiencies and problems of the new urbanization process,and puts forward the corresponding improvement and improving suggestions.In the construction of efficiency evaluation system,in order to objectively evaluate the new urbanization of Guizhou Province,according to the characteristics and connotation of new urbanization and combining the principle of financial support to urbanization,according to the statistical data of Guizhou Province in 2006-2016,using the DEA evaluation method suitable for Guizhou province to determine the efficiency of the corresponding financial support for new urbanization efficiency evaluation system.In addition,the efficiency evaluation of super efficiency DEA was carried out after the basic DEA efficiency evaluation,and further evaluation was made on the level of financial support for new urbanization in Guizhou province.Then according to the evaluation results,the impact of financial support for the new urbanization efficiency factors through the regression model to determine the financial support in Guizhou Province,found that spatial urbanization effect is obvious,the development of urbanization and power shortage,imperfect financing channels,financial efficiency is not high,and puts forward the guidance of financial support,enhancing financial ability,increase the financing channels,improve the financial system,strengthen risk control,improve financial efficiency countermeasures.
