With the rapid development of science and technology and the world economy,challenge and dynamic nature is essential characteristics of the organization,which requires that employees have a better ability to cope with changes in their work content,hence they can more easily adapt to changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise.Therefore,the concept of adaptive performance has attracted wide attention since its emergence,more and more scholars from home and abord pay more attention on the relevant research.At present,the research on the influence factors of adaptive performance is more focused on individual level,organization level of related research is less.This study selects perceived organizational support as the antecedent variable of enterprise staff adaptive performance,and selects internal motivation as the mediating variable between perceived organizational support and staff adaptive performance,and selects a sense of accomplishment as the regulated variable between internal motivation and staff adaptive performance,which is helpful to enrich the empirical research framework of adaptive performance.In addition,with the organization anthropomorphic thought and social exchange theory,self-fulfillment theory,ERG theory,the paper studies how perceived organizational support through internal motivation to influence employees adaptive performance,and how a sense of accomplishment adjusts between the internal motivation and adaptive performance,aiming to reveal the mechanism of action perceived of organizational support influencing enterprise staff adaptive performance.Through the establishment of the model,putting forward the research hypothesis,and then giving out the questionnaire,conducting empirical analysis,The results indicate that:(1)perceived organizational is positively predicting stuff adaptive performance and its each dimension;(2)The internal motivation is playing partial intermediary role between perceived organizational support and employee adaptive performance;(3)A sense of accomplishment is positively regulating the relationship between internal motive and employee adaptive performance.
