With the progress of our country's society and economy,the connection between the management of working capital and the efficiency of the company is becoming more and more closely.The excellent working capital is also related to the survival and status of the company in the competition of the industry.How to improve the management efficiency of working capital has become a key challenge in the development of the company.The channel theory is put forward so that we can find ways to improve the management of working capital from multiple channels.The excellent management of operating funds of the sales channel is of great significance to the company and the promotion of the value of the whole supply chain.In recent years,China's large supermarket retail industry has gradually formed a upsurge,the distribution of supermarket outlets is increasingly dense,and the investment of funds is more and more,and even some large supermarkets have occupied a monopoly position in the industry depending on their enterprise capacity and scale.On the one hand,as the enterprise directly faces the terminal consumer,the sales return can be received quickly,and there is no time difference in the capital return.On the other hand,the enterprise can use its monopoly position to extend the payment period to small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream supply chain,so as to obtain the main business credit.This article takes the operating fund management of the marketing channel management theory as the theoretical basis,selects two typical cases of Bubugao Mall and Rainbow Department Store,and expounds the background and process of the transformation of the two enterprises in the O2 O sales model in 2012,and analyses the necessity and external factors of their strategic transfer.Based on the financial data of Bubugao Mall and Rainbow Department Store in 2009-2016,the paper evaluates the performance of strategic transformation of Bubugao Mall and Rainbow Department Store from two aspects of operating capital structure and operating capital performance from the perspective of sales channels.Through comparative study,Bubugao Mall and Rainbow Department Store need to focus on strengthening management in channel transformation.It also provides theoretical research value and practical significance for the same type of enterprises in the retail industry.
