Research On Strategic Management Of Yunnan JY Fund Management Co.,Ltd.

China's fund industry has gone through years of rapid development and has made tremendous progress.In this paper,I will analyse the strategic management of Yunnan JY Fund Management Co.,Ltd(the following use its short name "JY Company").Which is a large-scale fund management company in Yunnan Province.I will utilize three contents of strategic management: strategic analysis,strategic choice,strategic implementation and strategic control to analyze the strategic management of JY company,and utilize the management tool which is strategy map to give a describe the best implement way for JY company's strategic management.According to the analysis,it will provide the basis for the adjustment of company's future strategic management,and also provide reference for Chinese fund company about formulating and consummating strategic management.JY Company is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Yunnan SASAC,and shouldering the responsibility of reform and requirements for keep value and add value to State-owned Assets.JY company's shareholder has strong strength,good corporate image and good reputation;professional investment and management capabilities;loyal investment customers,and the powerful partner.JY company' current achievements are obvious to people,but far from reaching the SASAC's expectations of JY company.Therefore,this paper based on the mission vision of JY company,according to analyze internal and external environment of the company,put forward to the intensive overall development strategy and the differential competition strategy,and also put forward to the strategic implementation and strategic control suggestion from financial level,customer level,internal level,learning and the growth level.
