In recent years,under the support of various policies,catering enterprises in Nanhua County which is showing the healthy growth momentum,the number of catering enterprises increased steadily year by year.However,the real bigger and stronger is not more than 1%.By investigation,one of the reasons is the catering enterprises motivate mechanism is unsound,not fully stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff.Catering enterprises facing the difficulties of downplay development talents,meanwhile,employees instable and high fluidity is also the serious problem.So to establish the motivate mechanism suitable for itself is meaningful to catering enterprises in Nanhua County.The article references some theory perspectives of the incentive theories from international and domestic scholars,bases on hierarchy of needs theory?two-factor theory?equity theory and comprehensive incentive theory,selects the motivate mechanisms of catering enterprises in Nanhua County as the research objective.The paper uses document analysis?questionnaire survey?doctrine and practice,on the basis of the statistical analysis of the depth interview and questionnaire survey results of 7 enterprise leaders and 19 enterprise staff incentive status,analyses the current condition of the incentive theory and the problems exist and the root cause.Suggests from the salary system ? training mechanism ? career planning?communication environment?work environment and corporate culture to design the motivate mechanism.At the same time,this article points out that catering enterprises should widening the recruitment channels ? making former employee alliance and building urban culture to guarantee the successful implementation of the motivate mechanism.Finally,this article hopes to solve some practical problems of staff motivate mechanism design of catering enterprises in Nanhua County.
