Now the rapid development of society,economic Take-off,High-tech in various fields have been widely used,the social events in the reporting and publication of more reliance on new media.As the National Administrative Law Enforcement agency,the tax authorities shoulder the important task of the national economic management,and the behavior activities of the tax personnel are more and more widely concerned by the people,and it is the focus of the online public opinion.As for the basic situation in recent years,the tax network public opinion events are endless,in today's harmonious society and tax modernization construction environment,how to take effective measures to enhance the tax authorities in the tax network of public opinion management efficiency,but also the vast number of tax authorities need to think about important issues.This paper uses the professional knowledge and theory of public management and news communication as the basis and framework of research and analysis,combined with the author's actual working experience of local tax collectors,and studies the management of tax-related network public opinion under the background of the rise of new media.The paper analyzes the positive and negative impact of the new media environment on the public opinion of tax-related networks and analyze the current status of tax-related Internet public opinion through case studies and communication theories as well as use the professional theory of public management to sum up from the tax authorities themselves and the new media.The problems existing in the public opinion management of tax-related networks were further elaborated from a subjective and objective perspective.Through research,the author believes that it is a very important and necessary skill for the tax authorities to carry out tax-related online public opinion management.From the perspective of a manager,from the aspects of how to prevent,how to intervene,how to deal with,and how to improve the quality of the new media,the author put forward the countermeasures of how to further improve taxation network public opinion management under the perspective of public management.
