With the deepening of the economic globalization process,the market competition in domestic and overseas markets is becoming fiercer and fiercer.In order to gain a foothold in the market competition,enterprises should forma development model with their own characteristics to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.In the past,the hot spots for competition among major domestic and foreign enterprises were mainly the preemption of market share and the competition and in-depth exploration of customers.At this stage,large and medium-sized domestic and overseas enterprises gradually adjusted their competitive strategies and took talent competition and science and technology competition as key competitions content.However,due to the huge capital cost involved in recruiting and training personnel,some enterprises adjusted their competitive strategies and incorporated outstanding employees through high-tempted entitlements,high benefits and promotion commitments to enhance their core competitiveness.Talent competition strategy to speed up the flow of large and medium-sized talents,which means that corporate funds,knowledge and technology resources and management resources to other enterprises.As a famous foreign-funded enterprise,LT Company has a long history of development and has great influence and popularity all over the world.However,at this stage LT Company is also facing a serious problem of staff turnover.Every year,a large number of high-quality personnel and grassroots staff members flow to the same type of enterprises or other large and medium-sized enterprises.The problem of employee turnover will not only make the employees in the enterprise not feeling high satisfaction,lose confidence in the operation and development of the enterprise,affect the reputation of the enterprise in the industry,at the same time,it will also damage the interests of enterprises and increase the cost of recruiting and training talents,which is unfavorable to the enterprise Stable operation.Therefore,based on the relevant theories of experts and scholars in the fields of talent management and psychology at home and abroad at present,this paper analyzes the employee turnover problem of LT company at the present stage by means of questionnaire survey and puts forward the solutions to control employee turnover problem.The research proposes that the countermeasures are as follows:improving the emphasis of management,perfecting the human resources training mechanism,promoting the corporate culture of equal integration,establishing a sound performance appraisal system,perfecting the company's salary incentive system and establishing employee career system.It is hoped that this project can provide reference for human resources management of LT Company and large and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
