The logistics industry is a basic industry of China,and it is an important industry linking the society and economic development.The development of Electronic Commerce led the logistics industry to a new rise,the logistics 020 platforms in Crowd-sourcing mode are emerging in the market.Logistics Crowd-sourcing is using idle transport resources(labor)through the Internet platform to do the logistics services,it can integrate resources effectively.Couriers can work part-time according to their own circumstances,the cost of human resource can be fell off remarkably,it’s a significant advantage comparing with the traditional logistics business.In addition,the Logistics Crowd-sourcing model can effectively integrate social idle resources,improve efficiency and shorten the delivery time.Firstly,by using the literature retrieval method,through access to relevant literature,this thesis explained Internet thinking,Crowdsourcing mode of logistics 020 platform and other related content.Then,the research direction of this thesis was put forward according to the summary of previous research perspective and results.This thesis explored the operating status,advantages,disadvantages,and other related practical problems of the logistics 020 platform in Crowdsourcing model fort "LJD express company".In addition,this paper also compared the crowdsourcing model of logistics 020 platform and the traditional logistics enterprises in many aspects by using uses comparative analysis method.Finally,by combining theory with practice,this paper put forward a series of practical suggestions on the development and reform of the logistics 020 platform in crowdsourcing mode from the perspective of Internet thinking.
