The Internet Crowd-funding Platform Construction And Its Risk Management

With the rapid development of Internet Financial around the world,people nowadays are paying more attention to the crowd-funding,the one as an important patterns of the "Internet + financial".The crowd-funding platform,which become the bridge to connect investor and the money demander is playing an indispensable role.On the one hand,the crowd-funding platform can provide innovating business or creative projects an arena to show their ideas or items,breakthrough the limitations of the traditional financing way and provide a new funding sources channel,so as to promote the process of new project and encourage the emergence of more high quality projects;On the other hand,both personal and corporate investors will use idle funds to select the project in the platform for investment.From the microscopic perspective,it increases the pattern people can invest and also improves their benefits in some way;From the national economy perspective,it also can realize the social resources optimal allocation and improve the utilization efficiency of social capital.But,if the crowd-funding platforms are not to guided and standardized,the problems that the platforms are facing now will be exacerbated in the future,and eventually lead to the r"stall" of crowd-funding industry development.This paper briefly introduced the theoretical research of the crowd-funding not only domestic but also overseas.Analyzing each research results that with different emphasis and characteristics.Researching the status quo of Chinese crowd-funding platforms compared with the western countries,and giving the future development direction of crowd-funding industry in our country.Then the Internet crowd-funding platform at home and abroad are introduced in this paper,analyzing the development situation of the crowd-funding platform and their mechanism in our country nowadays,and problems which are exposed under the current mechanism are also discussed in this paper.Starting from the problems found in research analysis to find the risks the platform facing.Then building AHP model to measure operation risk and finishing the relevant test.For credit,laws,regulations risk we also has carry on the qualitative analysis at the same time.Finally through the analysis of risk and research,looking to the future development trend of the Internet crowd-funding platform,and put forward some suggestions for the development of the crowd-funding platform in the future according to the risk which in order to make the crowd-funding platform can have a rapid and health development.
