Trade in Services and Trade in Goods are two important elements of world trade, which play an important role in the economic development of a country / region and even the world. For a long time,Trade in Services and Trade in Goods have been showing an uncoordinated development trend, mainly as follows: Trade in Goods occupies the main position of the world and other countries in a long period of time, but Trade in Services has been lagging behind the development of Trade in Goods. That is,a country's Trade in Services and Trade in Goods can never reach the development of double surplus or double deficit. At the same time, people attach much less attention to Trade in Services than Trade in Goods.Generally speaking, the international trade also refers to Trade in Goods, however,Trade in Services is still an important part that can not be neglected.Since Trade in Services is due to the development of Trade in Goods, both are closely related, and with the progress of society and the development of economy, the growth rate of Trade in Services has gradually exceeded the growth rate of Trade in Goods. Therefore, more and more scholars began to dabble in the field of Trade in Services in order to promote the coordinated development of Trade in Services and Trade in Goods in all aspects through theoretical and practical research. To break the uneven development situation in order to enhance the international competitiveness of a country / region. As one of the largest trading countries in the world,China has a rapid development of Trade in Goods, which has a large scale and a strong competitiveness, but it inevitably faces the same problem.Shandong Province,as a major economic province of China's coastal cities,Trade in goods also develop rapidly. However,Trade in Services is far from the development of Trade in Goods in both scale and speed, and with other advanced provinces, such as Guangzhou,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and so on,the gap is also big, therefore, how to improve the present development situation of Trade in Services and Trade in Goods in Shandong Province, and realize the long-term interaction coordinated development,is the important issue for Shandong Provincial Government need to solve, and Shandong Provincial Government should have a clear understanding to this. From the point of view of the interactive relationship between Trade in Services and Trade in Goods in Shandong Province, this paper bases on the relevant theories and the internal mechanism of the coordinated development of Trade in Services and Trade in Goods.Based on the monthly statistics of Trade in Services and Trade in Goods in 2015-2018 in Shandong Province, and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of their development, this paper empirically tests the interactive relationship between them.Theresults show that although there is a mutual promotion between Trade in Services and Trade in Goods, the effect is not significant and not very good in every sector, among which, the degree of interaction between Trade in Electromechanical products,Trade in Textile products,Trade in High-tech products and Trade in Services,as well as Trade in Transport,Trade in Construction,Trade in New services and Trade in Goods.Based on the above conclusions,Shandong Provincial Governments at all levels should combine with the actual situation in the region, through a series of reasonable and effective measures such as improving the degree of openness of Trade in Services, optimizing the environment of the market, paying attention to offshore outsourcing and innovation and increasing the added value of products, improving the competitiveness of Trade in Services in Shandong Province, optimizing the trade structure, and realizing the coordinated development between them.
