Against the background of rapid development of information technology and knowledge economy,transformation has emerged as the overriding themes of the times.In this context,it is highly relevant for Haixia National Copyright Exchange to launch organizational transformation.With the approval of the regulatory authority,Haixia National Copyright Exchange LLC was established as an actual operating entity.At its inception,the company specialized in copyright securitization and aimed to promote the growth of the copyright industry through this core business.Due to some policy reasons,the business was completely banned,prompting the company to launch an across-the-board organizational transformation covering strategies,culture,organizational structure and personnel management.Based on theoretical studies on organizational transformation at home and abroad,this paper took into account the direction of the Haixia National Copyright Exchange's future strategic development and carried out an objective analysis on its status quo and potential challenges it might face when changes took place.A transformation model was established accordingly,clarifying the main content of the actual process.Specifically,the organizational transformation should serve the realization of strategic goals,give priority to structural adjustment,foster organizational culture to underpin future growth and change personnel management models as a reinforcement.To meet the demands of pursuing strategic goals,full assessment of the external environment shall be conducted.On one hand,it would enable the company to find and enter into strategic alliance with enterprises with same strategic goals despite limited resources,and make them an extension of its internal organizational structure.On the other hand,it would synergize its internal structure with the external mechanism and form a united front regardless of external hindrance.In addition,comprehensive planning is also required for the successful implementation of organizational transformation.By investigating driving force and hindrance of changes,this paper explored key areas for making breakthroughs,introduced feasible action steps and evaluated possible problems and solutions in the implementation process.It is hoped the results of this paper could help facilitate the organizational transformation of the company,pave the way for its future business expansion and offer thoughts for similar undertakings in other small-sized and medium-sized enterprises.
