In recent years,with the coming of the era of big data and the promotion of the"Internet+"and "Industry 4.0",the fourth industrial revolution,which with intelligent manufacturing as the core,was given a tremendous boost by the whole word.It means that the external environment of enterprise has changed.But there are numerous downside to the traditional enterprise of our country,especially some establish sate-owned enterprises,for instance,the system is not flexible,the staff are old-style,the company are not very sensitive to the outside world,unnecessary management,etc.The internal and external environment does not match,the enterprise is difficult to adapt.More and more enterprises pay attention to organization and structure of their management system.And it has undertaken the restudy and design them,in order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.This paper takes NJ electric company as an example.NJ electric company is an state-owned enterprise that provides technical support service for electrical operation.The purpose is to study the organization and structure of NJ electrical company and then research on its revolution of supervisory system.This paper firstly analyzes the current development course and current situation of NJ electric company,and the problems existing in the current enterprise management of NJ electric company.Then use the questionnaire and high-level interview to find out the reasons for these problems.And base on the big data to the specific influence of the electric industry.Finally,according to related theory,reform the management system of NJ electric company,than more effective plan and safeguards will be proposed.
