Research On Agricultural Bank Of China J Sub-branch Outlets Performance Appraisal System

This article mainly aims at Agricultural Bank of China J sub-branch outlets performance appraisal application topic, combined with the author’s work experience in the J sub-branch for many years and the theory and methods during the MPA study, and takes the J sub-branch outlets performance appraisal system as the samples for improved study.This article first expounds the purpose and significance of the research, the research thoughts and methods. Then it combs performance appraisal theory knowledge and analyzes the performance appraisal characteristics of the foreign commercial banks, in order to provide theoretical and practical basis. On this basis, the article analyzes for performance appraisal of the status quo of the object and existing problems and causes. Finally, it proposes to use the key performance indicator improving the appraisal system of J sub-branch outlets.In order to ensure that this research has practical significance, this article analyzes many types of performance appraisal methods and their applications in banking industry, combined with the author’s occupation advantage, undertook preliminary argumentation in the J branch, finally obtains the main conclusion of this article:using KPI to construct the performance evaluation index system on the performance appraisal system of J sub-branch outlets is effectively improved, and put forward the ideas and tools of KPI, as well as how to strengthen the application of performance appraisal result in other ways.At the end of this article, we described the shortcomings in the research process and direction for further research.
