With the increasing globalization and informatization in 21 century,the trend of rapid docking of the internal and external stakeholders of the network,under the pressure of internal and external organizations,leaders need to re-examine the relationship between stakeholders from the macro strategic perspective and balance of interests between the various interests of the main body.Under this background,responsible leadership emerges as the times require.In the organization,the style and behavior of leadership are the main factors that affect the emotional and psychological state of the employees,and also the main object for the subordinates to learn and imitate.Previous studies have shown that responsible leadership is associated with employees' behaviors,such as employee disclosure intention,employee performance,etc..This study will continue to use this perspective,in-depth analysis and verify the hypothesis model responsible leadership on employee helping behavior,the internal influence mechanism of clear responsibility for leadership behavior helping behavior of employees,and from the responsibility of perception,LMX and self-efficacy to improve the angle of needle employees helping behavior is proposed some constructive suggestions.Based on a thorough review of the literature system,summarizes the existing research theory relevant responsible leadership and employee responsibility helping behavior,perception,LMX,self-efficacy,and proposed the research framework and hypothesis model.By using questionnaire survey method to investigated 263 energy central enterprises employees and analyzed these data by SPSS and AMOS.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Responsible leadership has a positive effect on employee helping behavior;(2)Felt obligation plays a mediating role in the relationship between responsible leadership and staff helping behavior;(3)leader member exchange effect positive regulation responsibility leadership on employees' helping behavior,namely,leader member exchange relationship quality better,responsible leadership the staff helping behavior to promote the role of the stronger;(4)The moderating effect of self-efficacy on the influence of responsible leadership on employee's helping behavior is not significant.This study further improves and extends the relevant concepts of responsible leadership,and lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical study of responsible leadership in the future.In China,Confucian,strong sense of responsibility of cultural background,research on responsible leadership is still at the starting stage,so the research on the mechanism of responsible leadership influence but also further enhance the native research.In addition,the moderating effect of leader member relationship exchange,self efficacy and mediator variables on felt obligation is included in the study,which further deepens the study of the intrinsic mechanism of responsible leadership towards employee helping behavior.Finally,in the process of enterprise leaders selection,assessment,training,motivate staff,this study has the important guiding significance.
