Research On China's Direct Investment In India

U-nder the impetus of the world's multi-level trend,the third world countries,represented by China and India,are gradually rising,and their economy has achieved a great leap forward development,becoming an economic force that can not be ignored in the world.In this situation,developing countries' foreign direct investment has become an important part of international investment activities.At the same time,with the deepening of regional economic integration,the continuous improvement of regional cooperation mechanism,with regional characteristics,investment activities continue to increase.In recent years,China and India's economy has shown a rapid growth trend,the average annual growth rate of the two countries has maintained at about 8%,the domestic economic environment continues to improve.At the same time,the eastward policy pursued by India is also aimed at strengthening economic ties with neighboring countries.Therefore,in this context,the economic and trade cooperation between China and India is becoming more and more close,and the scope of their cooperation extends from general merchandise trade to service trade.At the same time,China's willingness to invest in India is also increasing,and China's investment in India continues to expand.However,compared with the growth rate of the two countries,the growth rate of China's investment in India is relatively small,so China's direct investment in India has broad prospects for development,we need to tap the potential of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries to promote the economic development of the two countries.In this paper,through analyzing the obstacles to China's direct investment in India and the risk of investment in India to give policy recommendations to promote China's direct investment in India,the implementation of China's "going out" strategy.Firstly,this paper summarizes the existing problems of China's direct investment in India and the stages of investment through the analysis of the current situation of China's direct investment in India.Secondly,through the domestic investment environment in India and the advantages of Chinese enterprises,to analyze the driving factors of China's direct investment in India.Thirdly,the feasible conclusions drawn from this paper can provide an appropriate and practical reference strategy for Chinese enterprises to invest directly in India.
