As communications construction enterprises in traditional industries,to develop in a changing market and business environment and breakthroughs,continuous improvement and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises become the key to form the core competitiveness of the first elements of a certain talent for talent incentive and retention will be one of the key objectives of human resource management.In the development of enterprises in the process of understanding and definition of the remuneration of investment gradually from labor costs to human and then human capital transformation and evolution,in order to determine the compensation system strategic position in enterprise management.Research and Exploration of the salary system,at home and abroad in the field of academic and practice have made a lot of progress and achievement,but in the domestic telecommunications construction companies,for exploration or research industry is not too much,so this paper chooses "ZH Communications Enterprises Optimization Research of Monetization Compensation System "in the title,is intended to carry out research and analysis for himself where companies pay system,identify problems and needs,and to explore solutions to the field of learning and transformation of the compensation system to achieve results and good practices,proposed the building of enterprise compensation management communication strategies and methods to optimize or redesign.Introduction This article describes the background,ideas and methods of the purpose and significance and research studies;the second chapter describes the concept and classification of compensation and compensation classical theory;the third chapter of the author's corporate compensation system research and analysis,found that the company compensation problems;chapter ? presents the monetization compensation system optimization and re-design ideas and processes to determine the company's compensation system optimization and re-design of the program,describes the monetization compensation system optimization and redesign solution to implement safeguards.Through this study,the author's solution to build enterprise monetization compensation management and optimization needs,while,through the study of the subject,can enrich the theory and practice of human resource management,provide inspiration and a reference to the compensation system in the industry to build.
