In modern corporate enterprises and organizations,due to the existence of principal-agent relationship,the incentive mechanism of actual operators has always been the focus of attention by theoretical researchers and practical practitioners.Chinese architectural decoration industry started from 1990s,with the development of Chinese economy and the improvement of national income,the market demand of home decoration has increased year by year.The development of the industry is bound to drive and affect the development opportunities of domestic decoration enterprises in the industry.Under the influence of the huge industry development momentum,the enterprises in the industry are faced with the opportunity of scale expansion.More and more home improvement enterprises take this opportunity to expand rapidly,opening branches in different cities to meet the opportunities and challenges within the industry.JLF Home improvement Group has been involved in the urban home decoration industry for 20 years,based on the southwest,facing the national home decoration market to actively carry out the strategic layout.At present,there are five city branches,and the post of general manager of the city branch is the key point of restricting the scale and speed of the development of the enterprise.It is also the bridgehead project of corporate governance of JLF Group.This paper focuses on the scientific and reasonable solution to the problem of incentive mechanism of the key position of the city branch company,and analyzes from the perspective of the competency model of the post,the incentive effect of the current salary system,and so on.Through the survey and analysis of the industry market compensation level and the feedback of the existing employees to the existing incentive model,This paper puts forward a comprehensive incentive mechanism which combines monthly short-term performance incentive,medium-term annual bonus incentive and long-term enterprise partner equity incentive for the key position of General Manager of JLF Home improvement Group City Branch.In order to improve the high loss of key positions of the enterprise talent loss status,for the city branch general manager of talent training and replication of the formation and improvement of management ideas to provide a reference basis.
