Analysis Of Economic Investigation Of Potato Planting Industry In Lijiang City

The potato industry is an important component of the agricultural industry in the plateau of Lijiang City.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the potato farmers and potato growing companies in the main potato production areas of Lijiang City,and the potato planting industry in Lijiang City was analyzed to provide suggestions for potato producers.Based on a survey of 176 potato farmers and two potato production enterprises in Lijiang City,the main analysis results are as follows:1)The average cultivated area per household of 176 farmers surveyed was 19.86×667m²,of which 13.3×667 m² was planted for potatoes,and 67%of the total cultivated land was potatoes.The average potato yield was 2273.6 kg/667 m².Reflects that the potato is the main agricultural industry in Lijiang City.Among them,Taian Township of Yulong County is a traditional township for planting potatoes.The planting area of potatoes in the region accounts for 84%of the total cultivated land area.Its average planting area per household and fresh potato production per household are the largest,so we must give full play to its potato planting industry.Advantages,and strive to build it into the main potato production base in Yunnan Province.2)During the potato growing process,different production input factors account for inconsistencies in the total production cost:Seed and fertilizer cost inputs are the largest,and the cost input of the two accounts for 66%of the total cost input;labor cost input（mainly only Investment in employees,excluding self-employed workers,accounts for 12%of total cost input;pesticide cost investment only accounts for 8%of total cost input;costs of other factors（including agricultural film,land rent,and machinery investment）only account for the total cost 14%of input,but also an important factor in potato production.In potato production,when the fertilizer cost is 1 yuan more,the single output of the potato will increase by 0.38 kilograms;if the labor cost is 1 yuan more,the potato production will increase by 0.41 kilograms.The investment in seed potato costs and pesticide costs did not have a significant effect on the increase in potato yield.It can be seen that when potato is grown,the large-scale input of various production factors will not increase the output of potatoes correspondingly.Putting factors of production into production leads to waste,and it does not help to increase the economic effect of planting potatoes for farmers.The amount of fertilizer should be guaranteed,especially for farmyard manure,and the farmer’s fertilizer has an effect on increasing the output of potatoes.Therefore,potato farmers use more farmyard manure when planting potatoes.On average,one ton of farmyard manure is applied,and the potato can increase production by 140 to 300 kilograms.3）The comprehensive production advantages of potato in Lijiang City are compared with the average level of Yunnan Province and the country:In terms of potato production efficiency,the production efficiency of potato in Lijiang City(EAI_ij=1.3)>the production efficiency of potato in Yunnan Province(EAI_ij=1.26)>The national potato production efficiency(EAI_ij=1),the production efficiency of potato in Lijiang City is higher than the average level of Yunnan Province and the country;in terms of potato production scale,the production scale of potato in Lijiang City(SAI_ij=3.23)>Production scale of potato in Yunnan Province(SAI_ij=2.4)>Production scale of potato in the country(SAI_ij=1);Comprehensive advantages of potato production in Lijiang City(AAI_ij=2.05)>Potato production in Yunnan Province from the comprehensive advantages of potato production Comprehensive advantage(AAI_ij=1.74)>The overall advantage of potato production in the country(AAI_ij=1),so the potato production in Lijiang has a great geographical advantage.Lijiang City compares four kinds of food crops such as potato,corn,rice and wheat:although the potato production efficiency is lower than the other three food crops,the potato production scale is much higher than the other three food crops;overall,The comprehensive advantages of potato production are higher than those of other three types of food crops.Therefore,it is feasible to develop potato growing industry in the Lijiang region,and the potato planting industry still has a certain degree of competitiveness.However,potato production efficiency needs to be further improved.4)The use of agricultural film in the process of potato planting has an effect on potato production,which can increase the yield by 12%.During the potato production,film-covered cultivation can enable the farmers to obtain higher economic benefits,and the net output value of the mu increased by 18.8%.The input-output ratio has also increased by 6.4%;when the company grows potatoes,the pesticides used have some effect in preventing and controlling potato diseases.The agent combination of mancozeb,Rivan+anti-virus,and silver-failril is most effective.Well,it can increase potatoes production by 19.7%to 43%.In addition,the economic benefits obtained by companies planting different varieties of potatoes are also different.Companies often plant potato varieties including Lishu No.10,Lishu No.6and Yunshu 401,Lishu No.7,Cooperation 88,etc.The effects are as follows:The economic benefit of planting Lishu No.10 is the best,and it is a high-yield,disease-resistant,high-starch variety,and it has good taste quality,so it can be vigorously promoted in Lijiang;Lishu No.6has a high yield and good economic benefits.It plays an important role in the potato planting industry.Yunshu 401 is a disease-resistant,high-yield variety.Although the cost of planting is high,it is also suitable.Co-growing in the local area can be promoted in large areas in Lijiang.5)Farmers who grow potatoes through leased land account for only 10%of the total households surveyed.In order to analyze the effect of farmer’s rented land on potato production,the differences in significance were analyzed here to find out the way of planting potatoes at the farmer’s leased land.There was no significant effect on the yield of potato,and there was no impact on the yield;in the total number of households surveyed 176,of which up to 106 farmers planted Lishu No.6 through the potato production of Lishu No.6 and other varieties.The difference analysis showed that there was a very significant difference in the single yield of Lishu No.6 and other varieties,and the single yield of Lishu No.6 was significantly higher than other varieties,indicating that Lishu No.6 was in the potato planting industry in Lijiang City.In an important position,it plays a supporting role.
