| Agricultural development is a major event related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, and the input-output ratio of agricultural production has always been an important indicator to measure the level of agricultural development. In order to study the main influencing factors of input-output efficiency of three different agricultural structures in Qingyang city of Gansu Province, and to determine the impact strength, based on the theory of agricultural development,We selected three regions of Tianshui,Quzi and Shishe depending on the gradient change of precipitation and temperature in Qingyang. The differences of planting structure, input structure and output structure of three regions were analyzed by One-way ANOVA.The influence of household factors, environmental factors, loan factors and planting input factors on agricultural input-output ratio was determined by principal component analysis. The relationship between the input value, output value and input-output ratio of each factor was conducted by multiple linear regression. Finally, the main influencing factors of input-output efficiency of three agricultural structures were determined, and the intensity of each factor was obtained. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There was a significant difference in crop planting structure in Qingyang city. With the increase of precipitation and temperature, the crop planting structure changed from the main grain crops in Tianshui Town in the north to the grain crops and the economic crops in Shishe Town in the south.Tianshui was dominated by grain crops, accounting for 94.93%.Quzi,in the central region, the main crops were grain crops and the forage crops were supplemented, accounting for 80.35%and19.66%respectively.Shishe in the south was a mixed structure of grain and economic crops, which accounting for 40.21%and 59.79%.There was significant difference of crop input structure and output structure between grain crop, forage crop and grain crop. The average input of grain crops in Tianshui was 587 yuan, the average input of grain crops was 630 yuan and the forage crop was 207 yuan in Quzi, the average input of grain crop was 767 yuan and the economic crop was 3184.50 yuan in Shishe. In the output structure, the average output of grain crops in Tianshui was 2669 yuan, the average output of grain crops was 2552 yuan and the forage crop was 2986 yuan in Quzi, the average output of the grain crops was 2310.50 yuan and the economic crop was 24501.50 yuan in Shishe. The ratio of input to output of economic crops was higher than grain and forage crops,at the same time, the economic crops also requires higher water and heat conditions. We suggest that policy and financial support should encourage farmers d to planting economic crops in suitable environments.(2)The crop production in Qingyang, according to the influence score of each factor, the first grade influence factors included annual mean precipitation(0.088),annual mean temperature(0.085),frost free period(0.083),labor(0.078)and household age(0.072).The second grade influence factors included loan amount(0.060),family total assets(0.057),loan term(0.046)and capital investment(0.046);the third grade factors included loan interest rate(0.019)and planting area(-0.004).From the category of impact factors, the influence score from large to small was the following:environmental factors(0.256)>family factors(0.207)>loan factors(0.126)>planting input factors(0.042).Environmental factors were the most important factors those limited the input-output ratio. We suggest that cold-resistant and drought-resistant crop varieties and planting environment improvement technologies should be actively introduced.(3)The negative factors which affected agricultural input-output were:household age(-1*10-3),family total assets(-0.06*10-5),loan interest rate(-28.73)and capital input(-0.02*10-4).The positive factors which affected agricultural input-output were:labor(0.01),annual mean precipitation(0.01),annual mean temperature(0.19),frost free period(0.12*10-3),loan amount(0.33*10-6),loan term(0.01)and planting area(0.01).We suggest that the government should vigorously exploit the employment channels close to home and formulate appropriate local planting technology standards, and at the same time financial institutions should offer financial support products which are suitable for the production of farmers. |
