Industrial funds originate from venture capital and generally refer to the form of collective investment of long-term equity capital in foreign countries.In China,industrial funds generally refer to those established by governments or enterprises at all levels,operating in the form of funds,investing in major national infrastructure construction,PPP(government and social capital cooperation model)projects,urban development and upgrading of advantageous industries,and state-owned enterprises mixed funds such as ownership reforms,mergers and acquisitions,and restructuring.Industrial funds originated earlier in foreign countries and developed more maturely,and played an important role in optimizing industrial structure and promoting economic development.Although China's industrial fund started late,it is a medium of investment and financing.Compared with the traditional investment and financing model,it has the advantages of flexible approach,large-scale capital raising and long term.Industrial funds have attracted the attention of scholars and the government,commercial banks and other parties.The industry fund investment business referred to in this paper is a commercial bank's direct or indirect investment in the industrial fund share with the financial capital,obtaining the contractual return,and gradually achieving the withdrawal of financial principal according to the contract in the expiration or duration of the business.In the current asset structure of the domestic banking industry,most of them are credit assets,and their business development and profit growth mainly depend on credit assets and interest income..In the Chinese economy into the new normal,interest rate marketization reform,financial,financial disintermediation and booming Internet regulatory standards improve under the background of bank deposits distributary,traditional deposit-loan gap,Banks' profits shrinking,operating pressure increases.Therefore,commercial banks urgently need to explore innovation and find a way out of the traditional mode of deposit and loan business..As an important non standard creditor assets of commercial banks,industrial fund investment business is an important investment target of commercial banks' financial capital,which is of great significance to the transformation and development of commercial banks and the search for new profit growth point.Since 2015,S Branch of Agricultural Bank of China has been actively exploring the field of investment in industrial funds,dealing with 14 investment operations in industrial funds with a total value of 51.19 billion yuan,with a cumulative withdrawal of 22.395 billion yuan.However,at present,S Branch of Agricultural Bank of China's industry fund investment business is still in its initial stage.There are some problems such as lack of understanding of the industry fund and the government budget system,the inefficient operation of industrial fund investment business,and the lack of relevant experience in subsequent management.This paper first introduces the research background of the paper,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,research status at home and abroad,and research ideas and methods.Then it summarizes related concepts and related theories of industrial funds.On this basis,from the industry of S Branch with the current situation of fund investment business,fund of S Branch industry investment in the fund business model,marketing process,business process problems existing problems and causes are analyzed,finally,S Branch of Agricultural Bank of China industry investment fund business development put forward the corresponding management measures and suggestions for improvement.This paper aims to help S Branch of Agricultural Bank of China further regulate the industry fund investment business,improve the level of risk prevention and control,and promote the healthy development of the industry fund investment business.Meanwhile,it will play a certain reference role for other industry fund investment businesses and financial industry.
