With the vigorous development of the real estate market,the real estate agency has grown stronger.Since 2017,the regulation policy of the real estate market has tightened and the development of the incremental housing market has slowed down,which brings greater opportunities to the secondary housing market and the housing rental market.The existing real estate intermediary services in China activate the trading market,improve the transaction efficiency and ensure transaction safety,which provides greater convenience for both sides.But at the same time there are still many problems and challenges.Whether the customers can enjoy the intermediary services,there are still a lot of gaps.With the coming of the stock housing era in the future,how to provide better products and services has become the urgent task of the real estate intermediary enterprises.The introduction of this paper illustrates the background and significance of the research,the structure and methods of the research,the theoretical basis and the literature review.The second chapter introduces the changes in the management environment of real estate intermediary services,including the basic situation and the latest trend of the domestic real estate intermediary market.The third chapter is the business model innovative motivation of real estate intermediary service,and analyzes the existing problems of the current business model in real estate intermediary service.The fourth chapter is the business model innovative design of real estate intermediary service.It's the core of this thesis,by providing a resetting of business model,which includes the value provision,the value configuration and the core competence of the value.The business model innovation puts forward new requirements for human resource and service of intermediary services.The fifth chapter is the implementation and forecast of the business model innovation of real estate intermediary service.Finally,the conclusion part,through the business model innovation of real estate intermediary service,the real estate agencies will improve the service quality to meet the needs of customers.It is hoped that through this research,we can provide a new way of thinking for the service of real estate agencies,and to a certain extent,enhance the level and status of real estate brokers,and create a better consumption experience for customers.
