Study On The Problem Of Comprehensive Agricultural Development And Investment In Guangdong Province

Agricultural comprehensive development as a government-led agricultural investment behavior,has played an irreplaceable role in promoting agricultural development,rural prosperity and farmers' affluence in the past thirty years of its glorious development.The Nineteenth Party Congress put forward the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the country.In the new situation,the investment behavior is shouldering a greater historical mission.However,due to various reasons,there are still some problems that can not be ignored in agricultural comprehensive development investment,and how to solve these problems is not enough,so it is necessary to make further research.Based on the actual situation of comprehensive agricultural development in Guangdong Province,this paper,on the basis of combing the research results of other people's investment in agricultural comprehensive development,applies the theories of public goods,public finance and investment multiplier,and so on,to combine with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in Guangdong province's comprehensive agricultural development investment from the angles of investment quantity,investment structure and investment benefit,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Through learning from the advanced experience of other provinces,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problems and causes,in order to provide a useful reference for the investment work of comprehensive agricultural development in Guangdong Province.The full text is divided into eight chapters: Chapter 1.Explain the background,research purpose and significance of the research,domestic and foreign literature review,research ideas and research methods.Chapter 2.Define the concept of agricultural comprehensive development and investment,explain the related theoretical basis of this paper.Chapter 3.This paper introduces the investment history and present situation of comprehensive agricultural development in Guangdong Province from the point of view of development history,regional distribution and project composition.Chapter 4.The problems existing in agricultural comprehensive development investment are analyzed from three angles of investment quantity,investment structure and investment benefit.Chapter 5.The causes of the problem are analyzed.Chapter 6.This paper introduces the advanced experience of comprehensive agricultural development investment in other provinces,and extracts the beneficial enlightenment to Guangdong province's comprehensive agricultural development investment.Chapter 7.Based on the advanced experience of other provinces,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the investment of comprehensive agricultural development in Guangdong Province are put forward.Chapter 8.Conclusion,this article is summarized and some problems need to be studied are put forward.The innovation of this paper is: in the past,the study of comprehensive agricultural development in Guangdong province stayed at the level of summary of practical work and did not study from the angle of investment.This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice,from the point of view of investment,this paper studies the investment situation of Guangdong province agricultural comprehensive development,which makes up for the past deficiency.But due to the constraints of time,conditions and other factors,the financing of comprehensive agricultural development in Guangdong province is not enough,which needs further study.
