Agricultural Infrastructure Development In Less Developed Areas In Guangdong

The 21 st century is a new economic era,our country agricultural economy also entered a new stage of development,the development of Guangdong agricultural economy also entered the fast lane,agricultural infrastructure is of the basic conditions for the farmers' survival and development of agricultural production,its products and services but also an important guarantee of normal operation of the agricultural economy.Research of agricultural infrastructure investment,improve the efficiency of investment,to promote rapid economic development and industrial structure adjustment of agriculture and constantly improve the quality of agricultural social life and the survival environment,comprehensively promote the socialism new agricultural construction in Guangdong province,has important practical significance.In view of the actual situation of Guangdong province,the use of Guangdong statistical yearbook,the Guangdong rural statistical yearbook data,analysis of development situation and its trend of less developed areas of Guangdong province;Contrast the situation about the development of the agriculture in Guangdong since 2000,according to the field investigation,data analysis and so on in-depth research,also found the underdeveloped regions in Guangdong are underfunded,lack of supporting facilities,modernization level is not high,low benefit and so on problems to be solved.Guangdong problems existing in the infrastructure construction in less developed areas,this paper gives the corresponding solution.In this paper,the results show that: first,the present stage less developed areas of Guangdong province agricultural infrastructure underfunded,uneven distribution efficiency is not high.Second,facilities are not perfect,facilities to promote strength,mechanization level lag,lack of ecological protection facilities.Third,the agricultural infrastructure,lack of modern talent and system support.Fourth,the agricultural infrastructure investment efficiency is low.According to the above research,this article's main policy recommendations: first,strengthen organizational leadership,strengthen the responsibilities.Second,many secure funding,increasing capital investment,the third,relying on scientific and technological innovation,improve the level of agricultural infrastructure construction and use.Fourth,the clear current of underdeveloped regions in the supply of key village infrastructure.Fifth,promoting democracy management,play the principal role of farmers in new agricultural infrastructure construction.
