Performance appraisal is one of the core contents of human resource management.It is an important means and guarantee for the tax authorities to improve their work performance and tap their potential.In the previous assessment,the grass-roots tax authorities are common assessment disjointed,objectives and contents of assessment design system,index design unreasonable,heavy light performance,attendance assessment form and assessment of the lack of communication and feedback,how to solve these problems,to establish a scientific,systematic and efficient,standardized performance evaluation mechanism is placed in a an important subject in front of us.This article is based on the basic theory of performance appraisal,the basic method by means of performance assessment,combined with the actual situation of the tax work in Yantai City,the IRS performance evaluation as an example,analysis of the status,the tax department performance appraisal problems,through drawing lessons from the domestic and international tax practices door of performance appraisal,it puts forward the suggestions on further deepen the Yantai IRS performance appraisal.Through the above discussion,focuses on the performance appraisal mechanism innovation,content innovation,innovation and innovation results using the new performance appraisal form,three-dimensional,provide a useful reference on grass-roots tax department performance appraisal.
