Research On Government Supervision Of The Financing Guarantee Company In Heze City

In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the financing guarantee industry and better serve the real economy,the State Council has issued a series of policy documents in recent years.However,due to the non-standard operating behavior of some financing guarantee companies and the lack of effective supervision,it not only did not play the role of financial support for the development of small and micro enterprises,and even some companies had illegal collection of funds and other illegal and irregular behaviors,which had negative impact on the society.Nowadays,under the strict control of financial risks,how to promote the healthy and rapid development of the financing guarantee industry,how to guide the financing guarantee business to the small and medium-sized enterprises and the “three rural” enterprises,how to ensure that the financing guarantee company supports local economic development,have become the problems we need to be solved.This paper applies service-government theory and public policy theory,and adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,and a combination of comparative research and case analysis.It analyzes the government supervision issues of financing guarantee companies in Heze,and thoroughly analyzed the difficult issues that are currently encountered in the supervision of China's financing guarantee companies.It has pointed out that after the issuance of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Financing Guarantee Companies," it is currently in the transition period between the old and new policies,and grassroots supervisory staff are faced with problems such as incomplete policy supporting documents,lack of supervisors' law enforcement qualifications,and exacerbated supervisory tasks.After learning from the advanced experience at home and abroad,the corresponding solutions.
