The problem of location selection in the chain catering industry is the primary factor that merchants have constantly considered.For the retail industry,poorer locations will reduce the number of customers and increase operating costs.Site selection is a long-term decision.The specific location determines how much retail stores attract potential customers,and the number of customers determines the level of sales revenue that retail stores can obtain.This reflects the value of the location.In the current Chinese chain retail industry,while a large number of shops appear every year,more shops go bankrupt.In addition,with the continuous development of the company,the company needs to expand the market,and the site selection has also become a problem that the company needs to face.In order to solve the problem of X company's location,first of all,this paper builds a multi-indicator evaluation system based on historical documents and managerial experience.Secondly,key indicators are acquired by using machine learning methods such as attribute selection algorithms,and a comprehensive assessment of the location and historical stores is performed using the entropy method and the grey comprehensive evaluation method;then,the results are based on similarity.The idea used nuclear regression models to accurately estimate the sales of the site.Specifically,the site selection process is mainly composed of five parts:assessing the ideal of the business district;determining the important sales promotion;statistics of the flow of people;scoring the index of the selected site;estimating the sales value of the first year.Through the case studies of X Company,the company's site selection index evaluation system was improved,and the company's evaluation of site selection was optimized.In addition,the data-based sales forecasting method based on nuclear regression improved the accuracy of the forecast compared to the company's traditional practices.,More objectively provide the basis for the company's site selection decision.
