The location selection of retail stores is an important factor for the success of retail enterprises.The current business environment is increasingly complex,including urban expansion,changes in business circles,saturated development of business gathering points,brand diversification and so on.Consumers' choices are more diversified,and shopping places and shopping contents are becoming more and more substitutable.Faced with such a business environment,the location selection of retail stores is more important for the planning of layout of retail brand companies,increasing the purchase demand and reducing the risk of loss.Based on the theory of business circle,retail store location selection and consumer portrait,and combined with the characteristics of Fast Fashion Clothing Industry of A Company,this paper evaluates the core ideas and common methods of retail store location of A Fast Fashion Clothing Company in detail,and extracts two key problems of retail store location selection of A Company:the radiation scope of business circle and the evaluation of consumer characteristics.This paper focuses on these two problems,analyses the deep logic of these two problems in essence,and puts forward solutions based on the practical significance of retail store location selection.In order to verify the effectiveness of the solution,the typical sample retail stores are collected and analyzed.The experimental results verify the effectiveness and practicability of the solution,and expand the actual use of the solution.
