Optimization Research Of Y Property Insurance Company's Internal Control

In order to standardize China's insurance industry behavior,the regulatory agency has issued a series of regulatory documents since 2007.Especially in June 2017,the CIRC is dense out of a series of documents(commonly known as "1+4 documents").The current situation of internal control and compliance management in the insurance industry is grim.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize the operation of the internal control system of insurance companies.Through the study and analysis of the relevant research results of internal control system,this paper rationalized the theoretical basis and practical role of the internal control system.Taking Y company as a case,Through analysis,the internal control system of Y company has been basically established,and it can carry out the basic work according to the five key elements of COSO.But there are four problems: inadequate control measures,limited environmental control,backward information construction and communication mechanism,and inadequate internal supervision mechanism.To solve the problem,the ISO9001 standard system is used to optimize the internal control of Y company.this paper puts forward the solution measures such as the refining and disassembly of the work process,the optimization of the claim management process,the disassembly of the sales management process,the establishment of the assessment committee,the supervision and improvement of the unqualified process.On the basis of the theory of internal control system and ISO standard system,combining the development situation of the insurance industry and the characteristics of internal control,the study takes Y company as the research object,uses the literature research method and case analysis method,analyzes the problems and puts forward the optimization countermeasures to its internal control,use the ISO standard system as execution grasp.Fully coordinate with operation so as to better serve the overall internal control optimization and implementation of enterprises...
