| Social security is vital to every country and every governing body,and it is essential to the life of every member of society.For the world’s largest developing country with aging population,China faces enormous challenges,and social security is the nerve of more than a billion people.In reviewing the literature of the past years,this essay finds that the overall management of social insurance funds in China is not good,and there are even cases of misappropriation of social security funds.Investigate its reason is that the current performance evaluation system is not yet mature,some areas have not yet set up performance evaluation system,exists in some places the performance evaluation method such as fuzzy positioning,less the performance evaluation process information,not comprehensive evaluation content of materials.In order to get rid of the current low efficiency of social security fund management,it is necessary to improve the performance evaluation method of social insurance fund.This essay depend on the literature research and case study method,and make many investigation and data collection,select N city social security fund as the research object.In order to improve the accuracy of the conclusion and operability,this essay carries on the analysis and research.According to the characteristics of N city social security fund,this essay adopts the method of balanced scorecard to construct the performance evaluation system of N city social security fund.Determine specific evaluation indicators from four dimensions: finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth.Through designed questionnaire and research respondents rated condition,adopt the analytic hierarchy process to determine the corresponding proportion of assessment index,successful a applicable for the design of N city social security fund performance evaluation system. |
