With the rapid development of big data,the various aspects of social economy have been changed a lot.In a lot of economic and management activities,the two-sided matching has gradually expanded to multi-attribute two-sided matching problems.For example,in the matching of persons and positions in human resource management,HR will obtain the job intention of job seekers for multi-attribute through the online evaluation method.At same time,the job seekers can obtain the real situation of job,rather than the personnel allocation by HR.At present,the multi-attribute two-sided matching problems have attracted great attention of scholars,and some research results have appeared.However,few of existing research results considered the expectation and the lowest acceptation of multi-attribute.Therefore,it has great theoretical and practical significance to study and summarize the multi-attribute two-sided matching decision method considering the expectations of attributes,and give the corresponding decision-making method.The purpose of this paper is to address the multi-attribute two-sided matching decision-making problems,a series of research works are conducted and the contributions are as follows:(1)A new two-sided matching method accouting for the criteria of aspieation is proposed,based on the disappointment and elation of agents on both sides.The gain and loss matrices of both sides are constructed by intermediary or decided based on the deference between the expectation of one side and the truth of the opposite side.The perception matrices for each criterion of both sides are constructed according to disappointment theory,and the integrated perception matrices of both sides are constructed by aggregating perception matrices for all criteria.A two-sided matching model with multi-objective optimization is developed.And the optimal two-sided matching result can be obtained by solving the model.(2)A decision method is proposed to solve the multi-attribute two-sided matching problems considering the stability of matching problem in which the expectation value of the attribute is considered.The gain or loss matrices on both sides are constructed based on the attribute expectation and the attribute real value.Then,the perception utility matrices are constructed by turning the gain or loss matrices according to disappointment theory.The preference ordering can be confirmed.According to this,the stable matching condition can be given and the multi-objective optimization two-sided matching model is developed,and the optimal two-sided matching result can be obtained by solving the model.(3)A decision method is proposed to solve the multi-attribute two-sided matching decision making considering the attribute weights part unknown in which the expectation value of the attribute is considered.The gain or loss matrices on both sides are constructed based on the attribute expectation and the attribute real value.Based on the maximizing deviations method,attribute weights can be obtained.Further,the multi-objective optimization two-sided matching model is developed for maximizing the sum of utilities of agents on each side,and the optimal two-sided matching result can be obtained by solving the model based on the Pareto model.(4)A decision method is proposed to solve the multi-attribute two-sided matching decision making considering the pricing behavior of brokers in which the expectation value of the attribute is considered.And the multi-attribute decision making method is given based on the second-hand goods transaction at the electronic environment.According to prospect theory,based on the expected purchase price of the buyer and expected selling price of the seller,the actual transaction price of the buyer and the seller can be obtained.The gain and loss matrix for each index of buyer and seller is obtained.Based on the prospect theory,the perceived value matrix can be obtained for each criterion of buyer agents and seller agents.Further,the linear programming model can be established and solved to determine the maximum number of transactions of the buyer and seller in electronic brokerage.The optimization model which has the constraint of the minimum exchange number of buyers and sellers is established.The optimal transaction matching results is determined by solving the optimization model.The proposed theory and method can solve the exiting abundant practical problems,for example the job rotation problem,the second hand goods transaction under the electronic broker and technology supply and demand matching problems and so on.It can also extend to the other multi-attribute two-sided matching problem.
