Decision science in the modern, multi-attribute decision making (also known as multi-objective decision-making limited program) is a very important part in many areas, its theory and method have a very wide range of applications, such as economic, management, engineering And military. But in real life, decision makers in the face of problems, often only the vague language of the decision information given in the form of uncertainty is often difficult for decision-making information can't be given or determined value, which is complex and because of things , Environmental uncertainty and ambiguity of human thinking makes it difficult to avoid, so in this case, using vague language to represent and handle uncertain information, can show more information processing capacity. Therefore, the language of the attribute values are given in the form of multi-attribute decision making problems of great significance to research, this article will do some research in this area.This paper defines the concept of triangular fuzzy linguistic variables, the first time, the application of this concept, to a certain extent, overcome policy-makers often are not able to accurately grasp the value of the selected language evaluation of the problem. Based on the definition of triangular fuzzy linguistic variables, Triangular fuzzy linguistic variables given the distance formula and some algorithms, gives a decision based on the concept of TOPSIS method and specific examples of the solution process. Information on attribute weights is completely unknown situation, the maximal deviation model is constructed, and its Lagrange solution, obtained the weight coefficient of each property to solve equations and a numerical example shows the effectiveness of the method. Preference information on alternatives according to decision-makers and non-preference situation, the program put forward multi-attribute decision making with preference methods and preferences of the program without multiple attribute decision making methods, are given a specific weight of the solution process and decision making procedures, and use example illustrates the effectiveness of the method.
