Throughout the history of Western developed countries,the development of the real estate market are related to both economic development and stockings with a thousand strands of contact,it can be said that real estate development is closely related to the overall development of the country’s economy.Thus the real estate security to some extent,affect the security of the entire national economic system.In China,the status of the real estate industry is more special,the current contribution to macroeconomic growth is irreplaceable,it also makes it much attention.From a macroeconomic perspective,the real estate industry can promote the development of related industries,has led to resistance;from the point of view of government decision-making,we need to stand in support of industrial development to provide funds for the real estate point of view,to promote the industry At the same time promote the development of the development of other industries;from the consumer’s point of view,to achieve the "right of abode",but also pay special attention to the development of real estate,hoping to solve by itself just need to purchase a home.Hohhot since 1998 since the implementation of reform of the urban housing system,housing gradual transformation of the concept of urban residents,housing commercialization produced a housing consumer attitudes,the new system established.Meanwhile,the continued rapid growth of real estate investment,and formed a mainly commercial real estate,and gradually become a pillar industry in the regional economy.In the development of related industries,while also improving the living conditions and stimulate economic growth,increase employment and accelerate urban construction contribute.After seeing the results,but also should be noted that the current development of Hohhot real estate market is still unbalanced,there is a certain industrial security issues.Based on the results of previous studies draw on the basis of comparative analysis of theoretical results and practical experience of real estate and foreign security assessment,discuss the problems of real estate,analysis theoretical research into industrial safety in theory and experience on industrial safety assessment in Hohhot real estate index data for the study empirical analysis,risk prevention safety recommendations to protect the real estate,which for China’s real estate effectively avoid risks to ensure the safety of the real estate industry,maintain the vigor and vitality of the real estate development has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Firstly,studying the literature,the theoretical foundation can be established by studying the literature.It does theory summarized and analyzed,elaborated from all aspects of the research status of real estate investment,real estate prices and the real estate market structure three aspects;literature,to define the real estate,real estate bubble and real estate security concept and characteristics;Introduces Industry Organization and its Security,industrial structure and its security,industrial layout and security,industrial policy and security doctrines in four areas;elaborate currently exist in the real estate problem.Secondly,evaluating the security of real estate,factors specifically selected from the principle point of view,from external economic factors,the internal economic and policy factors introduces nine three major factors that affect the real estate security.On this basis,combining the characteristics of the real estate industry in Hohhot,the use of analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the safety of the real estate industry,and the results make a brief analysis and elaboration.Finally,according to the results of analytic hierarchy process,from the perspective of the government and enterprises try to put forward opinions and suggestions for improvement,including the grasp of macroeconomic policy to promote real estate development;increase the effective supply of housing,enhance corporate solvency;promote property tax,reduce industry speculation;gradually reform land policy,reduce development costs in four areas,in order to safeguard the safety of Hohhot real estate.
